FlowJam T

El FlowJam T es un sensor diseñado específicamente para monitorear el flujo de sólidos que se transportan a través de tuberías delgadas.

El sensor se puede utilizar para tuberías de materiales no conductores de electricidad, como plástico o caucho, con un diámetro exterior de entre 4 y 25 mm.
El sensor está montado alrededor del tubo para realizar mediciones. Ninguna parte del sensor está en contacto con el material a medir, evitando así el fenómeno de erosión.

The FlowJam T detects all types of solid streams that move through the detection area. The detection is performed regardless of the direction of movement, by the triboelectric discharges of the particles.
The material movement in non-metallic pipelines is displayed at the analogue output as a trend and at the relay output as switching state.
Via the trend output can be displayed, for example, whether more or less material through the tube is conveyed. The material flow can also be observed for uniform distribution. By means of the relay contact an additional information about Flow/NoFlow can be output.

System:

The FlowJam T is a compact device and is connected via an 8-pin plug. For parameterisation of the sensor, a Modbus-USB converter and software could be provide.
